Sample Request Privacy Notice
Information we collect
To process a sample request, we collect company name, contact name, email, selected product, submission time, source, and the time and version of your consent.
How we use it
We use this information only to verify the requested sample, contact you, arrange sample delivery and record follow-up. It does not create an account, online order or payment.
Retention
Request information is generally retained for 24 months to complete sample and project follow-up, unless a longer period is legally required or necessary to resolve a dispute. It is then deleted or anonymised.
Security and sharing
Information is stored in the MUYE business system and is available only to authorised staff responsible for sales and sample follow-up. We do not disclose it to unrelated third parties except where required by law or to provide a service you explicitly request.
Your rights
You may ask to access, copy, correct, supplement or delete your personal information, and may withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before withdrawal.
